could have been a telemarketer - I don't know. What i do know is that I think someone from the same place called me yesterday but with the number 647-428-9830. Its like they have floating numbers so you cannot trace them...

number called yesterday at 7:57 asked for me. I wasnt home and they asked the best time to contact me so my parents said "this time tomorrow" and sure enough they called at 8:00pm today. I missed the call.
